ndidates when sending their NIN to 55019 JAMB shortcode. Candidates experiencing this issue must ensure that they send an SMS in the following format: [NIN 00123456789]. Make sure there is a space between NIN and the number. Do not use double spacing, as this will also cause problems.

Finally, the problems encountered may be the result of time issues. This may be caused by poor connection, network failure or technical problems with JAMB. This means that it is not a permanent problem and will no longer happen over time. Therefore, if you encounter any of these issues or other issues not mentioned here, and you have taken steps to resolve the issue, but it is still recurring, I suggest you give it some time and try again.
