12 days ago, nigerian youth took their lives in their hands and moved out to the street to protest against police brutality and SARS extra judicial killings.
So far, not less than nine states in the nation have declared 24 hours curfew citizens, below is the summary of the happenings in those states such that led to the declaration of 24 hours curfew.
Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun State declared 24 hours curfew on 20th October 2020 following an attack of some hoodlums on the state governor and his convoy on Saturday 17th October 2020,
also a number attack by hoodlums have been recorded after the incidence on the 17th October 2020, hence the declaration of 24 hours curfew on the state.
The governor of Edo State declared 24 hours curfew on the state Monday 19th of October 2020 counting on the fact that criminals have hijacked the end SARS protest and taking advantage of it to attack individuals and institutions.
The government of Ekiti State has observed the end SARS protest with great concern reason been that the protest started as a peaceful one but has graduated to series of attack in some places, therefore, governor Fayemi declared 24 hours curfew on the state starting from 20th October 2020.
The governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodima said he has observed the peaceful protest carefully and express concern over the
attempt of hoodlums to hijack the peaceful protest and for this reason he imposed a 24 hours curfew on the state starting from midnight on 20th October 2020.
The governor of Imo State Okezie Ipeazu has imposed 24 hours curfew on Aba and Umuahia starting from 20th October 2020 based on the fact that hoodlums have
hijacked the peaceful protest from the end SARS protesters and turned it to riot all around Aba.
There is a report of about 30 criminals attacking police officers killings one of them, but one of the suspect was arrested with bullet wounds.
In Rivers State, hoodlums in the name of end SARS protesters and police officers clashed in Ikoku area, and in Oyigbo LGA, a police station was burnt down including some other government properties.
Therefore, governor Nyesom Wike has imposed 24 hours curfew on the affected LGAs of the State starting fromTuesday 20th of October 2020.
Governor Akeredolu of Ondo State has imposed a 24 hours curfew on the state counting on the fact that some certain elelments have hijacked the peaceful end SARS protest and based on the reports of violence from neighboring state.
The governor of Lagos State has imposed 24 hours curfew on the entire state, the said curfew was to start by 4 pm on Tuesday but he later extend the time to 9 pm to allow people arrive their respective homes due to traffic.
There had been report of several attacks in Lagos metropolis, series of gun battles and burning of places of residence. In Akute area of Ogun State which is an out-sketch of Lagos State,
series of riots were recorded on Wednesday 21st October 2020, some police stations around the area were reportedly attacked by hoodlums.
The governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong has declared 24 hours curfew on Jos South and Jos North LGAs starting from Tuesday 20th October 2020 till further notice.
The governor stated that the end SARS protest which started peacefully has gradually led to the destruction of cars and properties,
also it has led to looting of businesses in business places along Ahmadu Bello way area and the burning of a place of worship in Gyero road inside Bukuru.

14. REVIEW & MAKE ENTRY QUALIFICATION TO POLICE FORCE FIRST DEGREE
